Eggs, eggs and more eggs :)
With the weather changing we are back to getting 12 to 18 eggs a day and if it stays like this we should be up to 24 to 28 eggs soon, I give a lot away to family but still have lots and that's with taking 5 dozen a week to the auction. So now its time to try out dehydrating some of our eggs, I saw a post over at Modern Day Redneck a while back but did not have the extra eggs to give it a try. Our ice box at the moment looks like it only only has eggs in it, we ran out of cartons a few days ago so they are now going in bowls and bowls...sigh...with chickens it seems like it is full run or none at all! (not complaining, to much) So that is one of my jobs this week, try modern day rednecks dehydrating technique. Wish me luck! :)
