Trip to pick up seeds

My daughter has not rode in a cart since she was three years old she said she was to big to do that anymore! So she walked beside me....

Is it only my children that when they reach the age of 16 they start going backwards for a few years?

  1. I believe that will continue to be the unsolved mystery of the universe.

  2. That's just one of the beautiful things about a teenager. When my son was that age or maybe a little older, we were in the grocery store, and he was jumping around, playing with the cart, and generally just being alive and loving life. A man with a small boy about 3 was watching him, then told his boy, "and I thought you were bad!" We laughed about that for a long time.
Oh, I love the hair! Do the shoes match the hair, or does the hair match the shoes? Beautiful daughter you have. Enjoy her.

    1. She changes her hair so much lately I think she changes her hair color to match what she is wearing! :) I did laugh a lot that day, at that age they can be so funny.

  4. No, it is not only your children. They all seem to do that at some point.

  5. We have lots of 8 year old little girls that live near us. It is a blizzard of pink at times.

She matches the cart on the right better.

  6. I came through via your profile (from comments at my site) this time - in other words I had not seen your profile photo earlier. She looks just like you! My little boy looks just like a boy version of my wife so I have accused her of (not very plausibly) of cloning. Same deal here!

  7. LOL, I had to laugh at that "going backwards for a few years." My oldest is 30 and still going backwards!
